Ketentuan:
1. Dokumen diterjemahkan ke dalam bahasa Inggris
2. Dokumen yang dipersyaratkan berjumlah 6, antara lain :
1) Covering Letter by Registrar/Court Official or Investigating Agency addressed to the above mentioned Authority;
2) Duly filled, signed and stamped Application containing brief facts of the case for the request for service of summons/ notices/ judicial processes;
3) Original summon (in duplicate)/notice/judicial process signed and stamped by Court (Refer to Figure;
4) Translated copy of Application and summon/notice/judicial document if required by the Requested Country;
5) Certified copy of Order of Court providing for recording of statement through audio-visual means (in case the option of recording of evidence through audio-visual means is provided by the Court); dan
6) Copy/extract of applicable sections under which accused/defendant is being proceeded against
3. Bentuk dokumen yang dipersyaratkan meliputi dokumen fisik asli, fisik salinan/photocopy, digital, untuk kasus dalam kategori ""urgent circumstances"" dapat melalui penyampaian verbal, email, faksimili, bentuk komunikasi digital yang disepakati atau melalui INTERPOL, yang telah dikonfirmasi secara tertulis oleh Investigating Agency
4. Penandatangan surat permohonan bantuan teknis hukum adalah hakim
5. Terdapat kendala di mana dokumen seringkali belum diterjemahkan dan waktu penyampaian dokumen terlalu berdekatan dengan waktu sidang
